Holiday Request form
This holiday year runs from 1st January 31st December. Leave cannot be carried over (for T’s & Cs of Leave please read your handbook). We normally require a minimum of 6 weeks notice. Anything less than 6 weeks is at managers discretion. Although Holiday may be approved, Holiday pay is dependant upon hours accrued.
